Terms of sale

General terms and conditions of sale

Applicable to every order placed on ttime.fr.

These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern the contractual relationship between Hervé Guillou, sole trader operating the site under the trade name “TTime” (SIRET 853 287 761 00011) (“TTime” or the “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”) wishing to make a purchase on https://www.ttime.fr (the “Site”). Placing an order on the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which take precedence over any other document.

These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties for the online sale of the products and services offered by TTime, in particular wireless timing systems (photoelectric timing gates) and access to the associated mobile app.

The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page of the Site. The Customer must read them before ordering. Photographs and visuals are for illustration only and are not contractually binding.

Product prices are shown in euros (€), excluding delivery costs, which are specified before the order is confirmed. Prices are net prices, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, TTime being under the VAT franchise scheme). TTime may change its prices at any time; the price shown on the Site on the day of the order is the only price applicable to the Customer.

The Customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to the basket, then confirms the order after checking its details and total price. The order is final only once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the address given when ordering. TTime may cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It is made online by bank card through the secure payment provider Stripe. The Customer’s card details are sent directly and encrypted to Stripe; TTime never has access to them. If fraud is suspected, TTime may request additional supporting documents before confirming the order.

Delivery area: [TO BE COMPLETED: mainland France / European Union / international].
Estimated lead time: [TO BE COMPLETED] business days from order confirmation.

Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed and repeated in the order summary. In the event of a significant delay or non-delivery, the Customer may request termination of the contract under the conditions set out in article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code.

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a Customer acting as a consumer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without penalty, except for return costs. This right does not apply to sales concluded between professionals in the course of their business.

The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, complete and in its original condition, to the following address: [TO BE COMPLETED: return address]. Return costs are paid by the Customer unless stated otherwise. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as the original order.

Every product sold on the Site is covered, under the conditions set by law, by:

These warranties are free of charge for the Customer. [TO BE COMPLETED: any additional commercial warranty, duration and conditions].

Beyond the right of withdrawal and the legal warranties, TTime may offer an additional commercial returns policy: [TO BE COMPLETED: conditions and time limits].

TTime cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortage, fault of the Customer or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party. TTime cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the product that does not comply with its user instructions.

Personal data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

The content of the Site (text, visuals, logos, TTime trademark) remains the exclusive property of TTime. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Neither party can be held liable to the other for failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use consumer mediation under the conditions described in our legal notice. If no amicable settlement is reached, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
